Hello Kishoremjoshi,
I am not sure whether there is a Gujarati community
per se here (meaning a concentration of Gujarati in a specific location).
Paris does have an Indian Quarter where many Indians live and have businesses too. You will find information about the
Indian Quarter on this site. That's a Mini-India in Paris

.
It is there on a Paris map:
Indian Quarter location.
Indian diaspora has also settled in the suburbs of Paris (such as Seine Saint Denis in departement 93, and Grigny in departement 91).
North-Indians having settled in France are fewer than South-Indians, since many of them came to France after accession of the French colonial territory of Pondicherry to India.
Don't forget to take the time to mix with the locals also
Enjoy your stay in Paris !
