Candidature for Music Projects and support by Cité de la Musique

Dedicated to the promotion of music and artists of all genre irrespective of their background, Cité de la Musique proposes various projects for musicians throughout the year. Candidature for some of these projects that offer financial assistance along with guidance and support is open till March 31st, 2011.

 

Fair 2010

Grant for artistic tour and equipment to the tune of 3050-6100 euros, support in communication, training in professionalism, guidance in management and juridical support. Open to all artists in the development stages of their careers (enrolled at SACEM), having conducted less than 10 concerts since March 2010 and not having done more than 1 album with national distribution are eligible to participate. CPMDT: ADAMI

Collective of Professional Artists of Traditional Dances and Music (Collectif d'artistes professionnels des musiques et danses traditionnelles), this grant consists of a training/ trasmission between a known artist of the sector of traditional/ world music and a professional music artist, outside of the regular training to develop and explore their musical domain. Last date for submission of candidature is March 31st, 2011. Get further details (available only in French).

 

ADAMi: Classical music revelations

8 soloist artists (4 instrumental and 4 vocal) who will be honoured during 2 public and professional interfaces: a concert in context of International Festival Prablo Casals de Prades (Festival international Pablo Casals de Prades) and a concert in Paris.
