Free Cooking lessons from Chefs in Parisian MarketsThe concept is an initiative of the city of Paris, the Paris markets (les marchés de Paris) and the French Federation of Amateur Cooking (FFCA). The concept is simple: the vendors in the local market help the consumer to select the best produce and the chef or the amateur of cuisine from the FFCA stand in the market helps 'students' realize the recipe.
